Description

12 Bank Street dates to the mid-19th century. It is a two-storey building rendered in stucco, with a hipped slate roof and wide eaves. The front facade has three windows, each with rectangular dripmoulds and hung sash windows containing glazing bars. A decorative band runs along the cills. The ground floor has two windows and shutters, and a more recent wooden trellis porch with a glazed front and tented canopy has been added to the entrance, which also features a rectangular fanlight.
