Description

This milestone, likely from the early 19th century, is made of granite and has a rectangular shape. It features a round-headed design with an incised inscription that reads 'FROM TRURO 5 MILES' in upper case letters with serifs. The milestone is located adjacent to the garden wall of No. 21 on the north side of Fore Street in Chacewater.
