Description

ST KEVERNE SW 71 NE 7/115 Trevalsoe Farmhouse and cottage adjoining to west II Farmhouse, and cottage adjoining. Probably C18. Rubble stone, timber lintels to windows, steeply pitched corrugated roof with gabled ends. Brick stacks at gable ends and to left of centre. Single depth plan. Long low front, 2 storeys, asymmetrical. 4-window front on right and 2 window front on left. Right-hand part with wide 8-pane sash and 6-pane casement to left of partly glazed C19 door. C20 porch, partly glazed with corrugated roof. Four 4-pane sashes above left-hand part, symmetrical with central C20 timber stable door with two 4-panes sashes on ground floor and 4 above. Interior hot inspected.
