Description
Trevean Farmhouse is a farmhouse, probably from the 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble stone with upper walls made of cob. The roof is made of cement-washed scantle slate, featuring a gabled end, and the south slope of the front has asbestos slate. There are brick stacks in the gable ends. The building has a T-shaped plan, which includes a rear projection with an extension in the north-west angle under a catslide roof. It is two storeys high with a symmetrical four-window front. On the ground floor, there are two 6-pane sash windows flanking a partly glazed central door. Above the ground floor, there are three 3-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
