7/354 Cartshed at approximately 10 metres - south west of Trelill Farmhouse

GV II

Cartshed or implement shed. Circa late C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Scantle slate roof with gable ends. Plan: Rectangular plan mostly open at the front. Exterior: Single storey. Irregular 4-bay front. Left-hand bay is blind masonry, open middle bays are very wide and open right-hand bay is narrower. The wallplate of the roof is carried on square-on-plan granite monolithic piers between the open bays. Interior not inspected. Part of an interesting and unspoiled courtyard of C18 and C19 farm buildings and C18 house.
