Manor farmhouse. Datestone inscribed I.T.I. 1732. Roughly coursed granite rubble with some granite dressings. Steep asbestos slate roof sweeping lower at the rear. Dressed granite stacks with double drip courses over the gable ends. Plan: Original plan possibly a large central hall with large room at either side and service rooms within rear outshut. If there were a central hall then it was possibly heated by a rear lateral stack. Present plan uncertain as interior not inspected. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 7 window front. Doorway within old glazed porch/conservatory. C20 doors and windows. Interior not inspected.
