Description
The building is a cartshed or implement shed located immediately southeast of Tremedda Cottage, dating from the late 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings and features a scantle slate roof with gable ends. The structure has a rectangular plan with two open-fronted bays and a small doorway at the rear. It is a single-storey building with wide open-fronted bays and a granite rubble square pier at the center, flanked by granite rubble gable end walls. The rear wall contains a small doorway in the center. This cartshed is part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet situated within the ancient field system of this area of Cornwall.
