Description
The headstone of John Rebouse and the tomb chest of John Morcombe are located 6 meters southeast of the south corner of the Church of St. Menefreda. The headstone, dated 1795, commemorates John Rebouse of Trenant, featuring a slate material with a triangular head and inscribed with a verse. The adjoining tomb chest, in memory of John Morcombe of Borlarrow, St. Mabyn, dates to 1766 and is made of brick with a rectangular shape and a slate lid. Both the headstone and tomb chest are inscribed in upper and lower case lettering with serifs.
