Description
This is a late 17th-century house located to the west of St Minver Vicarage. The construction is painted and rendered stone rubble with a rag slate roof, featuring a gable end on the right and a hipped end on the left. A brick stack is situated on the right-hand gable end. Originally a single-room plan, the house comprises an entrance that leads to a passage on the left and a room on the right, heated by the end stack. A lean-to extends from the left-hand, hipped end, forming an outshut. Evidence suggests a single-story outshut once existed at the rear, but it has since been demolished. The front elevation has a regular two-window appearance. The ground floor features a 20th-century door on the left and a 20th-century two-light casement window on the right. The first floor has two circa 20th-century two-light casement windows. The rear elevation remains largely unaltered, with a 19th-century casement window on the ground floor. The interior has not been inspected. The exterior of the house remains unaltered on all four elevations.
