ST BURYAN ROSEMODROSS SW 42 SW 8/125 - Farmhouse at SW42022379 GV II Farmhouse. Circa late C18. Granite ashlar front and gable ends. Corrugated asbestos roof. C19 brick chimneys over original granite coped gable ends. Cast-iron gutters. Plan: Probably double depth with 2 rooms at the front, probably kitchen on the left and parlour on the right with cross passage between leading to stair between shallow rear service rooms. Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window front with doorway central to fenestration. Original window and doorway opening. Early C20 top-glazed door and 6- pane horned sashes of similar date. Interior not inspected.
