Barn with waggon shed. Circa early-mid C19. Granite rubble with dressed granite quoins, threshold stones, jambstonesand lintels. Scantle slate L-plan roof, the rear range at a lower level. L-shaped plan with a waggon shed on the corner integral with a shippon adjoining on 2 sides with grain or fodder stores, over, possibly another waggon shed, right. 2 storeys. West front, probably symmetrical, has central doorway with loading doorway over, ground floor window towards left and right, large doorway left with window over and probably similar doorway right (now obscured by C20 lean-to) with window over. Left hand end has loading doorway and the left hand wall of the rear range has a slightly irregular grouping of mostly doorway openings. Grouped around an unspoiled courtyard of farm buildings relating to Nancegollan House qv and Nancegollan Farmhouse qv.
