Description

The headstone of Jane Guy, dated 1778, is located 6 metres to the east of the vestry of the Church of St. Michael in St Minver Porthilly Lowlands. It commemorates Jane, the wife of Charles Guy of Penmein, who passed away in 1778, as well as Charles Guy, a yeoman, who died in 1801. The headstone is made of slate and features a rectangular shape with inscriptions in upper and lower case lettering that includes serifs.
