PELYNT CHURCHTOWN, Pelynt SX 25 NW 2/171 Headstones of John Tregenna and - Jane May 4 and 5m to north of north aisle of Church of St Nonna GV II

2 headstones. 1791 and 1793. In memory of Jane May and husband. Slate headstone with nowy-head. Inscribed in lower case serifs with verse below 'Farewell vain world in Thee My time is Past Twas God decreed this Day to be my last Let none lament for surely tis in Vain I die in Hopes with Christ to live again'. Headstone to north in )memory of John Tregenna, late of Muchlarnick and Mary his wife (died 1799). Slate with nowy-head. Inscription in lower case with serifs with verse below 'In mutual love they liv'd and so they dy'd Beneath this stone, They here lie side by side Their mourning offspring seven Children dear Do o'er their Heads this grateful Tribute Rear'.
