Description

The Hodge tomb, located approximately 20 metres north of the Church of St Budock, is an early 19th-century chest tomb. It commemorates Peter Hodge, a Lieutenant Colonel commanding a Regiment of Foot, who died in 1839 at the age of 57. The tomb also honors Rev. Edward Hodge of Woodfield, who passed away in 1848 at the age of 74, and William Hodge Eykyn, who died in 1854 at the age of 2.
