Description

This tombchest, dating from 1767, is located 5 meters to the east of the Church of St Ivo. It commemorates Roger Trenaman, who was buried in 1767, and his wife Mary, who was buried in 1754. The tombchest is constructed of rubblestone and features a deep moulded granite lid. The rectangular slate lid is well engraved, displaying a dedication around the edge and a verse in the central panel.
