Description
A group of farm buildings located about 10 metres west of Bosneives Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century with later 19th-century additions and some alterations. The buildings are constructed from slatestone and granite rubble, featuring granite quoins and brick dressings, topped with slate roofs that have ridge tiles and gable ends.
The three buildings are arranged around a farmyard, with one on the left, one at the rear, and one on the right, all having ground floor openings for shippons and lofts above. The left building consists of two sections, with the front part added in the later 19th century, and features a straight joint between the two. It is two storeys high, with four doors at ground level and two loading doors above, along with a loft ventilator door on both the left and right sides.
The central building is also two storeys and has an asymmetrical front, with two doors and two four-pane windows at ground level. The left door is double width and has a brick segmental arch, while the windows have granite lintels. The upper level includes a loading door and two two-light casements.
The building on the right has five doors at ground level, with the rightmost door being double width, all featuring brick segmental arches. The loft area includes a nine-pane light, a loading door, and a two-light casement. The interior has not been inspected.
