2 Storey Barn And Shippon Approx 15 Metres North-West Of Tregeagle Farmhouse

This is a two-storey barn and shippon built around 1800, located approximately 15 metres north-west of Tregeagle Farmhouse. The structure is made of painted rubble and cob, topped with a hipped scantle slate roof. It has a long rectangular shape, built end on to the slope of the land. The barn features a mid-floor door that leads up steps to a single-storey section at the upper left end, which includes a door, a window, another door, and a window. The first floor has a window, rebuilt walling, a wide door, and two windows in the cob wall to the right, which are flanked by dove holes. The right corner of the building is rounded. The window openings are small and fitted with wooden shutters, and all openings have timber lintels above them. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
