Description
Rosamund Cottage is a cottage with origins dating back to the 17th century or earlier, with a 19th-century addition at the rear. The exterior is whitewashed and roughcast plastered, likely made of cob on a stone plinth. The roof is thatched with wheat reed at the front and partially thatched at the rear, featuring a brick chimney at the right gable end and a slate roof on the small rear wing. The cottage has a single depth plan with the 19th-century rear wing. It is two storeys high and has a one-window front with a recessed front door to the right. The ground floor window is a two-light 19th-century casement with four horizontal panes per light, while the first-floor window is similar but has three panes per light. The right gable end stack projects with offsets. The interior has not been inspected.
