House. Early C19, altered. Coursed squared granite with quoins, sides and rear rendered; slurried slate roof. Double-depth three-unit plan. Two storeys and three bays; first-floor band; central doorway, protected by Edwardian glazed porch, has recessed wooden architrave of fluted ¼ columns and overlight with panelled surround; four-pane sashed windows on both floors; projecting eaves, side-wall chimney. Right return wall has round-headed stair window with intersecting glazing bars. Rear has Edwardian conservatory.

Interior: dog-legged staircase with stick balusters; storage cellar.
