Description

A terrace of five small houses built in the early 19th century in Falmouth. The houses are faced with render on a rubble base, with keyblocks to the left-hand houses (numbers 1 to 3). The original roof to number 3 is covered with scantle slate, while the others have asbestos slate. The axial and end stacks are brick, and there is a cast-iron ogee gutter to number 3.

The houses are arranged with a double-depth plan; the house on the left is an odd one, while the other four are arranged in two similar pairs with recessed central entrance bays. The terrace is two storeys high and has an overall 10-window frontage. The original windows to numbers 1 to 3 have 12 panes and are hornless. Later windows with horns are found elsewhere. The doors and porch are 20th century replacements. The interior has not been inspected.
