Description

Hazelmere is a house in a row, formerly known as No.25 Dunstanville Villas, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick with flat arches featuring keyblocks, topped with an asbestos slate roof and brick end stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high, with a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are from the 20th century, and there is a central round-arched doorway with a cobweb fanlight above a 20th-century door; the open-pedimented doorway has been removed since the last survey. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
