Description
Fern Villa is a house located at the end of a row, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features walls made of killas rubble with brick arches above the openings. The roof is covered with slurried scantle slate and is hipped on the left side, adjoining a taller party wall on the right. There are brick chimneys on the left side wall and over the party wall on the right. The house has a two-room layout with an entrance lobby and staircase situated between the rooms. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window front with a central doorway. Shallow brick arches are present over the openings. The original door is a four-panel design with an overlight, and the windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
