Description
A pair of semi-detached houses dating from the mid to late 19th century, located on Church Road in Carn Brea. The houses are constructed of coursed squared killas stone with granite quoins and dressings, topped with a scantle slate roof. They have a rectangular, double-depth plan and a symmetrical design. Each house has two storeys and three bays, featuring two four-pane sash windows on each floor, with blind windows positioned between them. The roof is hipped with a shallow pitch, projecting eaves, and a chimney in the center of the short ridge. The entrances are located in the side walls. The buildings are listed for their group value alongside the Trevenson Conservative Club and School House situated to the right.
