Description
The Jeffery Monument is a headstone located in the churchyard approximately 13 metres northwest of the tower of the Church of St Mary in Botus Fleming. It dates from the 18th century and is made of slate. The monument features a nowy head with a carved cherub's head and wings at the top. The inscription is well-lettered and commemorates Margaret Jeffery, who passed away in 1777.
