Description

This headstone, located about 7 meters south-west of the porch of the Church of St Constantine, dates from the late 18th century. Made of slate, it commemorates John Jeffery, who died in 1766, along with other members of the Jeffery family. The headstone features a truncated ogee peak at the top, with a clock face and cherubs carved above. It has a moulded border and an ornamental capital at the start of the inscription.
