Description

Nos. 2 and 3 Cobb’s Well are a pair of 18th-century buildings in Fowey. They are constructed of colourwashed rubble. The buildings are two storeys high and feature four sash windows with glazing bars. A modern glazed door is located on the right-hand side. No. 3 has a flush panel door with gentle glazing. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with asbestos tiles. The buildings are listed for their group value, together with Nos. 1 to 6.
