Description
The Safe Harbour Inn is an early 19th-century building located on Lostwithiel Street in Fowey. It is constructed of stucco and stands three storeys tall on a corner site, featuring three windows on each elevation. The windows are sashes set in exposed cases without glazing bars, with paired windows on the first floor. The entrance is framed by wooden doorcases with moulded hoods, and the door on the southeast side has fielded panels and a narrow rectangular fanlight above it. The building has overhanging wooden eaves and a cement-washed hipped slate roof. The Safe Harbour Inn is included for its group value, as it is part of a collection that includes Nos 62 to 66 (even) and Nos 70 to 76 (even).
