Description

No 70 on Lostwithiel Street is an early 19th-century building. It features painted stone above the ground floor and stands two storeys tall. The façade includes three sash windows with two lights each, lacking glazing bars, and a single-light sash window at the center that has glazing bars. There is a central glazed door set within a moulded wood doorcase topped with an entablature. The roof is slate with gable ends. This building is included for its group value with the Safe Harbour Inn and Nos 62 to 66 and 70 to 76 on the same street.
