Description

Rosehill House is a house built around 1800. It features textured stucco with quoin strips and a granite ashlar basement that serves as a plinth. The roof is steep and covered with rag slate. The house has a double-depth plan and is two storeys tall with a symmetrical front that has three windows. The windows are late 19th-century 6-pane horned sashes. The central doorway has a moulded doorcase and a hood supported by brackets, with the original 6-panel door that has fielded panels and similar reveals. There is also a basement doorway on the right with a similar door. The house is an externally well-preserved example of an early 19th-century residence. The interior has not been inspected.
