Description

This is an 18th-century stucco building located on Lostwithiel Street, Fowey. It is two storeys high with an attic, and features two sash windows with glazing bars. A central panelled door is topped by a rectangular fanlight, all within a plain architrave. Two hipped dormers are visible in the roof, which is steeply pitched and covered in slate, treated with a cement wash. The building is part of a group that includes the Safe Harbour Inn, at numbers 62 to 66 and 70 to 76.
