Description

No. 76 Lostwithiel Street is a late 18th century to early 19th century building constructed of stone rubble. It stands three storeys high and features three sash windows with glazing bars, each topped with red brick segmental arches. The entrance is marked by a central panelled and glazed door, which is complemented by a rectangular fanlight and a reeded pilastered doorcase with an entablature above. The building is topped with a slate roof that has gable ends. No. 76 is part of a group that includes the Safe Harbour Inn and Nos. 62 to 66 (even) and Nos. 70 to 76 (even).
