Description

The Pape and Proctor tomb is a chest tomb located approximately 30 meters northeast of the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Launceston. It dates from the early 19th century and commemorates Thomas Proctor, who died in 1787 at the age of 38, and Robert Pape, who died in 1800 at the age of 38. The tomb features panelled slate sides and a freestone lid.
