Description

Launceston Town Walls are the ruins of town walls, likely dating from the 12th century. They are constructed from local slatestone rubble and feature thick walls, with some sections still standing up to 8 feet high. The visible remains stretch from just northeast of the Southgate to a point next to the walls of St Dominick House.
