ALTARNUN SX 28 SW 4/9 House, attached barn and garden - wall and mounting block to front on south side of farm at Higher Tregunnon

House and attached barn. Probably C18 with barn added in early to mid C19. Stone rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. Stone rubble end stacks. Plan: Two room and cross passage plan, both rooms heated by end stacks. Circa C19 service range added to rear and circa early to mid C19 barn on left hand end. Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical 3 window front. C19 gabled stone rubble porch near centre, flanked by two C19 3-light casements. Three 2-light casements on first floor. Barn adjoining on left has a lower slate roof with hipped end. There are plank doors on the ground and first floor to right and windows on ground and first floor to left. Stone rubble and granite garden walls to front with granite topped mounting block to front left. Interior: Not accessible.
