Description

This property consists of a house, an attached barn, a garden wall, and a mounting block located on the front side of the farm at Higher Tregunnon. The house and barn likely date from the 18th century, with the barn added in the early to mid-19th century. The structure is built of stone rubble and features a slate roof with gable ends and stone rubble end stacks.

The layout includes a two-room plan with a cross passage, where both rooms are heated by end stacks. A service range from the 19th century has been added to the rear, along with the barn on the left side.

The exterior is two storeys high and features an almost symmetrical three-window front. There is a 19th-century gabled stone rubble porch near the center, flanked by two 19th-century three-light casement windows. On the first floor, there are three two-light casements. The adjoining barn on the left has a lower slate roof with a hipped end, and there are plank doors on both the ground and first floors to the right, with windows on the ground and first floors to the left.

The property is also defined by stone rubble and granite garden walls at the front, which include a granite-topped mounting block located to the front left. The interior of the building is not accessible.
