Description

This building, located approximately 80 metres north of Drym House, is likely associated with the mill and may have served as a granary. It dates from the early 19th century and features a front made of coursed dressed granite, while the rest is constructed from rubble with granite dressings. The roof is covered with grouted scantle slate and has gable ends.

The building has a rectangular plan and includes basement doorways at the front, a loft doorway in the middle of the front, and another on the left-hand end. There is only one window on each floor, both located in the rear wall. It is two storeys high, with a loft above the basement. The front has a wide central doorway, a narrower loading doorway above it, and narrow basement doorways at both the extreme left and right. This structure is an important part of the grouping with Drym House and Drym Mill.
