Description
This is a barn and adjoining outbuildings located approximately 20 metres north-north-east of Tresvennack Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. The buildings are constructed from granite rubble with granite dressings, featuring grouted scantle slate roofs, although some sections have been replaced with corrugated asbestos, particularly at the front of the barn and the building to its right. The barn and the cartshed on the far right have half-hipped roofs.
The layout consists of a long rectangular plan. The barn, situated on the left, has a lean-to on its left side, while a single-storey structure, likely stables, adjoins on its right. A slightly deeper single-storey cartshed is attached at the far right. The exterior features a two-storey barn and single-storey outbuildings, with the south front being the main elevation. The barn has a doorway to the left of the centre, with a first-floor loading doorway to its left. There are ground floor window openings on both the left and right sides, and a window above the right-hand window. The stables have a central doorway flanked by windows, while the cartshed has a wide doorway on its left and a blocked window opening on its right. The doors are old ledged doors, and there are some early 20th-century windows. The interior has not been inspected.
