Description

This building is a row of cottages, now converted into one house, located 40 metres south of Jamaica Inn. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of stone rubble, with rag slates hung on the exterior. The roof is coated with bitumen and features hipped ends. There are two axial chimney stacks made of slate-hung stone rubble, topped with slate pots.

The house has two storeys and presents an almost symmetrical front with three windows, although these were replaced in the 20th century. An entrance porch is situated near the left end of the front; this is a 19th-century slate porch with a hipped slate roof and a panelled inner door. On the ground floor, there are three 2-light casement windows, with the right-hand casement featuring glazing bars. The first floor also has three 2-light casements. At the front, there is a stone rubble garden wall. The interior has not been inspected.
