Description

No. 21 St Augustine's Parade is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates from the early 19th century and features a rendered exterior with limestone dressings and brick party wall stacks. The building stands three storeys tall with an attic and has a single-window range. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front with pilasters leading up to a coved cornice and a coped attic storey. The windows are designed with battered architraves, which are eared on the first floor, and they contain 20th-century casements as well as 3/3-pane sashes in the attic. The interior has not been inspected.
