Description
Corkers Public House is an attached house that has been converted into a public house. It dates from the early 18th century and was remodeled in the 19th century. The exterior features a rendered finish with limestone dressings, brick gable stacks, and a slate mansard roof. The building has a double-depth plan and stands four storeys high with an attic, presenting a one-window range. The 20th-century public house front is set back under an arch. Each floor has moulded cornices above shallow jetties, and there is a parapet with a steep 19th-century mansard roof. The first floor has 6/6-pane sash windows, and there are tripartite windows in between, along with a single dormer. The interior has not been inspected.
