Description
No. 28 on St Augustine's Parade is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates from the late 18th century and features a rendered exterior with limestone dressings, a brick party wall stack, and a hipped roof covered in pantiles. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a single window range. The front has a 20th-century shop front and a moulded parapet coping. Notable architectural features include a two-storey canted oriel window with three sections, each containing 6/6-pane sashes, and a third-floor sash window with 10/10 panes, all set in exposed frames. The interior was largely remodelled around 1980. It is important to note that Nos. 26-30 have been combined into one building.
