House, now office. Late C18, rebuilt late C20. Brick with limestone dressings, formerly timber-frame, and a pantile hipped roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Ground-floor in 2 sections with panelled timber jambs, shop front to the left, 2-leaf door to the right. Tall windows have cambered heads with brick arches to 6/6-pane sashes; hipped dormer. INTERIOR: largely remodelled c1980; a section of timber studwork survives in the lobby. Nos 26-30 (qv) now form internally a single building.
