Description
The 1914 to 1918 War Memorial located in Arnos Vale Cemetery, Bristol, was constructed around 1920. It is made of Bath stone and features copper plaques. The memorial includes a central flat-roofed loggia supported by five semicircular arches, with keys and imposts beneath dentils. The wings on either side of the loggia are articulated and display inscriptions. Inside the loggia, there are five blind arches adorned with guilloche moulding and copper panels that bear the names of those who fell in the war.
