GV II

House, now offices. Mid C18, altered c1980. Brick with end stacks and a half-hipped pantile roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. The right-hand doorway has an open pediment on consoles over a semicircular arch with imposts, a simple fanlight and 8-panel door; a full-height canted bay has an entablature with triglyphs to the ground floor, and 8/8-pane sashes; above the door are 6/6-pane sash windows in flush boxes. Parapet, roofed as part of No.3 (qv). INTERIOR: rebuilt behind the facade. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: wrought-iron railings and gates to front area.
