2. Early C19. Red brick. Hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows with flat gauged red brick arches. Sashes with glazing bars. Centre door with small gabled wooden porch. 1 storey outshut at side.

Nos 110 to 118 (even) the cartshed at Burton Green Farm, Dairy Cottage, St Luke's Parish Church and the Sycamores with Nos 105 and 107 the United Reform Church and Manse, Nos 125 and 131, with No 1, Footners Lane and its entrance wall, form a group surrounding Burton Green of which No 1 Footners Lane, Nos 125, 131, 116 and 118 and the cartshed at Burton Green Farm are of local interest.
