Description

This is a street lamp located at the junction of New Street and Cinnamon Lane in Poole. It was built in the late 19th century and is made of cast iron. The lamp features a round plinth with a decorated panel and a band that includes shells and the arms of Poole above it. There is an enriched band below the shaft, which has a decorative spiral binding. The lamp has a scrolled bracket that supports a tapered square lamp with a cap and finial.
