Description
Fishpond Cottage is a detached house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar, with some areas painted, and features slate roofs. The building has a small square symmetrical plan with a double roof over the central valley.
The exterior consists of two storeys and two windows. It includes two-light small pane casements and a nine-pane pivoted light above four-pane sash windows, along with a central six-panel door. The left side has two small casements above the doorway and features two coped gables with stacks, one of which is partly external. The opposite end has coped gables above plain walling, with a glazed door and a small conservatory towards the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
