CHURCH LANE Widcombe (West side) Fishpond Cottage

Detached house. Early C19. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, some painted, slate roofs. PLAN: Small square symmetrical range with double roof to central valley. EXTERIOR: Two storeys, two windows. Two-light small pane casement and nine-pane pivoted light above four-pane sashes and central six-panel door. Left return has two small casements above doorway, and has two coped gables, with stacks, that to forward gable partly external. Opposite end has coped gables above plain walling, with glazed door and small conservatory towards rear. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
