Detached house. Late C18 or early C19. MATERIALS: Coursed rubble, double Roman tile roof. PLAN: L-range, set gable to road. EXTERIOR: Two storeys, with irregular fenestration. Wing to road has twelve-pane sash and large panelled door under corner porch with corrugated asbestos roof, and return has two-light casement above twelve-pane sash. Return at south end to very broad uncoped gable, with stack and single small square light, above remains of conservatory. Gable to lane, slightly canted, shows signs of earlier, steeper roof profile, and has single casement, and cropped stack, rear of range includes small fixed six-pane to eaves, and extension. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
