ST 7860-7960 FRESHFORD C.P. THE HILL (South-west side) 10/35 Gazebo and gateway to G.V. south of and adjoining the Old Doctor's House and Copper Beech Cottage II
Gazebo and gateway. Mid - late C18th. Rubble, partly rendered on upper floor; lean-to pantile roof. Main part is 2 storeys with rustic rock-faced doorway on ground floor; plat band; and 3-light window with flat ogee heads on first floor; cornice and parapet. To right and lower 1 storey wing with single, tall flat ogee headed window. Ashlar pointed arch gateway joins gazebo to house.
