Description

The building is a malthouse, now serving as the offices and workshop of Moran and Wheatley, a plastering company. It dates from the early 18th century and is constructed of coursed rubble with a corrugated iron roof featuring coped raised verges. The structure is two storeys high and has six windows, which are two-light casements with moulded mullions, positioned under a cornice. In the left side, there is a panelled door set in a recess, which is topped by a relieving arch.
