Description

Nos. 220 and 222 High Street are a pair of houses built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. They are constructed of painted ashlar and feature a slate roof that is concealed behind a parapet with a cornice. The buildings rise three storeys high. On the second floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows, although the right one is blocked. The first floor has two tripartite glazing bar sash windows, while the ground floor has modern casements and modern doors to the right of each house. A plat band runs below the first floor.
